custom made grill inserts for T4 Long/Short nose, T5 commercial, T5.1 Facelift, T25 and the T6
Made from laser cut plastic, requiring modifications to the grill to fit.

Recently made this one for a returning customer. His bus was originally black and called it Black Betty. Now he's gone swamper....made it easier to fit after doing the hard work fitting the first one

Went for a walk in the woods today...found this silver birch log. Thought I'd have a go at carving a skull, easier to do than a wood spirit

Been watching a few videos on YouTube on how to carve wood with a dremel. So thought I'd give it a go. Made quite a bit of mess in the workshop making a wood spirit. Quite pleased for a first attempt 😁

Man cave / workshop nearly finished, just started fitting it out. First job on the bench is my youngest grandsons scooter...he's been living up to his nickname

Got some other projects in the pipeline....
I've not been doing any inserts recently. Busy working on a project down the bottom of our garden.
Demolished my old shed and sun room and have now nearly completed my new workshop with attached sun room and garden shed. Hopefully will be able to move in soon to start some new projects for the vans

for the Dementia Adventure charity. Beautiful sunny day seeing some fantastic Vdubs.

Always get a buzz out of seeing pictures of vans with my inserts fitted. Made this one for John over a year ago. Came across the picture whilst scrolling through the pictures taken at the monthly meet of Southcoast VW Transporters in Andover
