But please, especially during such a busy time, try to give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. I do have a waiting list, and with enough notice I can offer the slot to someone else.

It might not seem like much, but losing 4 appointments in one week has a big impact on a small business like mine and as a single parent, it ultimately affects what I’m able to provide for my little one this Christmas.
