Gluten free salmon, avocado and poached egg on toast at Bear in Wimborne. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on cross contamination.

Lovely cod and chips from Westmoors fish and chips. Phoned and asked if they did gluten free and they said they did and there would not be an issue for coeliacs. Placed the order by phone and was ready for collection within 10mins!
As you can see from the menu, loads of other gf options. Will definitely be going there again as had no cross contamination.

Burger and chips at Kika Beach Club in Weymouth. Staff checked with the chef what I could have and came back with the menu marked with what was appropriate. Not a lot to choose from but was very nice. One of the best burger buns I have had 🍔🍟 washed down with a large glass of Sauvignon 😀

Lovely brunch at Jim’s Cheesecakes yesterday in Wimborne. The food is prepared in a completely separate area so is safe from cross contamination. The GF cheesecake is stored separately too. The staff were lovely and were very clued up and also asked questions and were generally interested in coeliac disease.

Popped out for brekkie to The Olive Branch in Wimborne. Got given the gluten-friendly menu, scanned the allergens and was only really able to have a bacon and egg bap, but really wanted a sausage and egg bap. After taking our order, the guy who served us had gone to the kitchen and brought out a sealed box of sausages to show me the ingredients for me to check if it was ok as he saw, as he said, the disappointed look on my face when I opted to be safe with the bacon bap. The sausages were gluten free so I was able to have them. He then later came over for me to check that the bap was ok too. Great service and lovely breakfast

Fabulous meal at my first 100% gluten free restaurant. Food was delicious, staff were great. Felt strange not having to worry about being contaminated….first time ever! The best Foccacia I have had. Cocktails were lush too. Would definitely recommend and will be back next time I am in London. Make sure to visit if you can, you will not be disappointed

WOW…….Just WOW! Big shout out to The Golden Horse Chinese in Ferndown. Ordered a feast this evening after receiving their leaflet through the door. Was a bit apprehensive but decided to risk it on a Friday night in case I was glutened so would have the weekend to recover. Didn’t need to worry at all as no cross contamination and the food was delicious. Second Chinese I have had since being diagnosed but that was a bit far away in Manchester.

Can highly recommend The Joyous Bakery, have only tried the GF doughnuts so far (that are delicious). Looking forward to trying the other treats soon 🍩
