Delighted to have been invited to run some workshops in the Womens Space Buddhafield this weekend 🌸🙏🌸

It's first time I've been to a proper festival in (literally) decades 😳 - this has a lot to answer for 😂 but I'm really looking forward to meeting some gorgeous people, dancing loads 💃 and taking time to just be and see what happens 🥳

I run 3 separate days - a beginners flower essence day, a 'Delving Deeper' flower essence day ( in both of which you'll have the opportunity to learn to dowse and make up your own personal flower essence blend) and then there's a more practical day about distilling hydrosols from plants 💚

It all started exactly 7 years ago with a key... I never intended to have a shop but it seemed the essences had other ideas ...I was moving house and needed somewhere safe to base the business...

Fabulous Claudia at told me the little shop at the end of the corridor had just come up for rent ... it felt right 😊

Suddenly I was properly visible which gave the essences a much better chance of getting out there where they were needed and I had a much better place to give consultations ( previously people had been coming to my home ).

I loved that little shop at the end of the corridor even though it was damp and had mushrooms growing out of the walls 🥴...but after 5 years we had outgrown it and so when the larger shop a few doors down became available it was a to move....

We often wonder how we managed in such a small space and a ( very small) part of me misses the little shop....but we love the 'new' big one so so much and the energy is much much clearer and more generous ...

And we're still part of the same brilliant gang of small vibrant businesses in our small town 💗✨️💗
