Ontem compartilhei um pouco sobre o meu aniversário de 50 anos e sobre as amigas que estiveram comigo naquele momento tão especial. Mas aquela homenagem nunca foi sobre quem é mais ou menos importante na minha vida.

Quando fiz 50 anos, eu estava atravessando um período muito delicado, com inseguranças e questões pessoais que me fizeram precisar me reencontrar comigo mesma. Aquela viagem acabou sendo muito mais do que uma comemoração. Foi um momento de reconstrução, liberdade e uma forma de a vida me lembrar que eu era muito maior do que aquilo que estava acontecendo comigo.

Ter aquelas amigas ao meu lado, algumas fazendo parte da minha história há décadas, teve um significado enorme naquele momento específico. Elas simplesmente escolheram estar lá comigo, e foi isso que eu quis agradecer ontem.

Mas seria impossível resumir 53 anos de vida e amor a oito pessoas.

Tenho irmãs, família, amigas e amigos maravilhosos que ocupam lugares únicos dentro de mim. Pessoas que estiveram nas minhas alegrias, nas minhas dificuldades e em diferentes capítulos da minha história. O amor não se mede pela presença em uma fotografia.

Se existe uma riqueza da qual me orgulho, são as pessoas que a vida colocou no meu caminho. Tenho amizades que dinheiro nenhum no mundo poderia comprar. Talvez uma das maiores bênçãos da minha vida seja justamente essa: sempre atraí pessoas muito boas.

Então, a todas as pessoas que fizeram e fazem parte desses meus 53 anos: sintam-se amadas. Porque são.

Meu coração não trabalha com competição, lugares ou rankings. Ele simplesmente tem muito espaço para amar.
