Throughout June I am offering runners an extra 15-mins with every 60-minute massage booked. This extra time will enable much deeper and effective work on the legs-great for those tight calves, hamstrings, quads and ITBs. I am pleased to offer all pre- and post- skiers 15 minutes on the house when booking a 60-minute Deep Tissue Massage. 60 mins never seems enough time to fully release those key muscles employed when skiing, but a 75-minute treatment is ideal. A nice Chinese Proverb for Chinese New Year!

My New Year's Resolution is to do the splits! Inspired by my yoga class with Deborah, this hamstring stretch is sorting out my lower back, hip abductors and even my calves! Any one else got a healthy goal for 2022?

Today is the UK's 9th Small Business Saturday - a non-commercial campaign which takes place on the first Saturday in December each year - to help encourage consumers to 'shop local' and support small businesses in their communities.
