Sometimes people hear the word Reiki and healing and imagine something mysterious, witchy.. scary .. ghosts …out there …
but the truth is far more simple…..
Reiki and energy healing works because the body knows how to relax when it's given the right conditions to do so…
Slow breathing, a comfortable calming space… warmth and calm warm steady hands.
Nothing supernatural - just your nervous system shifting from "fight or flight" into "rest and repair”…… muscles soften, thoughts become more settled and clear, anxiety lifts and the heart slows while the body has its moment to heal itself in the way it is designed to do.
Your own ability to recalibrate the body in a calm safe space.
EVERYONE & anyone can benefit from that…….
Stress is a known factor for causing lots of dis- ease within the body …
You don't have to believe in energy fields….
You don't have to be spiritual…..
You only need to be human being 🌟
