Waves and Walk Social

Good morning everyone,

Our walks will be starting again in March, so keep your eyes peeled for the first one of the year. Let’s all keep our fingers crossed for some sunshine ☀️

In the meantime, as many of you know, I work for RSPCA Cornwall Branch, and we’re hosting a quiz night on 25th February at The Pearl & Trawl in Wadebridge.

RSPCA Cornwall Branch is a self-funded charity, so every penny raised goes straight back into helping the animals in our care. I’ll be there on the night helping out, and it would be lovely to see some familiar faces there too.

It was great fun last year!!

So get a team together, come along, and have some fun while supporting a great cause 🐾💛

Good afternoon everyone, and Happy New Year! Sorry for the late Happy New Year. I fractured my foot in December and then caught that awful virus that’s been going around 🥹 but my foot is feeling much better now and I am on the mend!

I’ve had lots of messages asking whether I’ll be organising more walks this year, and the answer is absolutely yes.

I really loved all the walks we did last year. Once the weather gets a bit drier, I’ll start planning some new ones.

I was also thinking, if it’s too wet for walking, how about meeting up for a social coffee and cake instead? Let me know what you think.

Not a walking post but for the animal lovers among us 🐾💙

Hi everyone! I know this isn’t a walking post, but I also know many of you are animal lovers and like to see what’s going on locally.

If you didn't already know, I work for the RSPCA Cornwall Branch, and we’re hosting a Bingo and Auction Night on Thursday, 27th November at the RSPCA Cornwall Branch! 🎉 I’ll be there helping to run it with my lovely colleagues.

RSPCA Cornwall is a self-funded branch, so every penny raised on the night goes directly towards helping the animals in our care.

There will be lots of lovely prizes to be won, and I’ve attached the link below for more information.

It would be wonderful to see some familiar faces there. Come along for a fun evening and a great cause. It will be great to see you there! 🐶🐱💚

Unfortunatly this is a humans only event, so you cannot bring your furr friends to this event. But you will be helping other furr friends if you attend 🐾❤️

Good evening everyone!
Thank you so much to all who’ve joined my Waves and Walk socials. I haven’t been able to organise as many walks as I’d hoped this year due to operations, health, moving house… and just the busyness of life.

I’ll be keeping this page and the WhatsApp group open, but at the moment I’m not sure when the next walk will be.

Just a quick update: I'm heading in for another surgery tomorrow, so I'll be out of action for a few weeks.
