Just a little reminder regarding cancellations and last-minute appointment changes. 🥰

I completely understand that sometimes things happen and plans need to change — life happens! 💜 However, please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Last-minute cancellations and changes can leave me with a space that I’m unable to fill, especially when other clients have been waiting for an appointment.

Please remember that I set aside your appointment time specifically for you, and I also have to plan my clinic around my nursing shifts and family commitments. 👩‍⚕️💜

✨ If you need to change your appointment, please message me as soon as you know.
✨ Repeated last-minute cancellations/changes may require a deposit before another appointment can be booked.
✨ No-shows may also require payment/deposit before rebooking.

I never want anyone to feel bad for genuinely needing to rearrange — I just ask for a little consideration and as much notice as you can possibly give me. 🥰
