My name is Dave Hamlett, I am a level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist based in winsford cheshire, I also hold a VCTC qualification in hot and cold therapy and I am a full member of the Sports Massage Association. All of my work is fully insured & to the highest standard. My aim is to treat everyone as an individual, I try to identify the underlying causes of your problems rather than just treating the symptoms. I start every consultation with an assessment before choosing from a wide range of techniques such as soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, myofacial release, deep tissue massage, muscle energy techniques ,active and passive stretching designed to free up joint movement. I work on a wide range of clients ranging from professional athletes to office workers with neck and/or back problems, or those simply requiring a nice relaxation massage. I am more than happy to discuss your needs on the telephone before your visit to help you to decide if Massage Therapy is the right approach for you and to ensure that there are no conditions which prevent you from having treatment.
