Morning everyone. Firstly happy new year. 🥂❤️ secondly .. 😔
Been thinking long and hard what to write about where we go from here.
Prices are still a massive issue for us.. and we’re just not cutting it.
After doing a lot of research in the area .. it’s clear to see that we are massively undercharging and I’m not saying that because I want to charge more .. it’s because that’s why us are a business are struggling and if I don’t do something about it now we won’t see another year. 😔
I try and be as honest as possible and £1 a year on prices just isn’t the one 🤦‍♀️
So moving forward you may expect to see some big jumps. I cannot help this. Colours will be the most impacted. With the cost of product alone im struggling to even cover myself on minimum wage.
Regulars that have been with me since the beginning that are still paying the same now as in 2010 .. I’m sorry I can’t keep doing it. I have to be strict across the board so that’s it works and is fair for everyone.
Toners won’t be done for free. They will be a paid extra. Root colours that want a few foils .. foils will be extra. I sound like I’m being so brutal but if I want a job I have to be.
I appreciate every single one of you that comes through the door and I’m so so thankful. Please also if you think I’m expensive .. look around the area. You’ll be surprised.
One last moan.. cancellations ..
less that 24hours require full payment before another appointment can be made. I’m a business and I can’t keep funding no shows ❤️

Price increase from 1st march. You may feel like there is a big jump In prices this is because I’ve still not increased my prices from 2015 😂😂

On the 2nd January this year I popped on a post stating about price increases and how due to the ever increasing cost of everything I had no other choice but to increase them.
As I’m super soft and I feel bad and because you’re all more like my friends than my clients I never do it. 😂😩
Unfortunately at this time and moving forward as a business I have no other choice but to increase prices across the board. If I don’t do this the business will not survive.
I hope you all understand that this is not something I do lightly and I try and give you all an amazing service but also try and keep prices as low as possible.

Hey, just a little sorry. I am absolutely unindated with messages about appointments .. my working days I’m flat out. Kids are on Easter holidays so when I’ve finished work I’m trying to be mum, I’m catching up from jury service and I can’t keep up.
I will sit down with my diary tonight but waiting for a response then means I’m away doing other things at home and messages get missed. If you are wanting an appointment and you don’t hear from me or should of heard from me please re message!
