i qualified in sports massage therapy because i believe it is another way of looking after your body. our bodies are under constant stress in many ways (not just through sport).dont be put off by the name Sports massage, it is good for everybody. on your first appointment i perform postural analysis,joint testing,and functional testing. (if needed) massage using a variety of techniques which may include soft tissue release and deep tissue massage. i can also perform MET stretches and give exercises to go along with your treatment.

I am still doing massage on my days off etc. half hour is now £27.50 and an hour is £37.50

Due to the cost of everything going up, I am having to put my price up. From April 1st it will be £25 for half hour and £35 for an hour.
