Not the sexiest skincare product but is, by far, the most essential. Prevents accelerated skin ageing & skin cancer!

Make sure you choose a broad spectrum SPF 50 that you like using. I know lots of people have ‘sunscreen fear’ & find them too greasy or that they don’t sit well under makeup. Here are a few of my favourite sunscreens that are a joy to use.

⭐️Vitamin C ⭐️should be a key staple in your morning skincare routine. It is an active ingredient so you will need to spend slightly more on this product to ensure you get a well formulated, stabilised form.

Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that fights fine lines & wrinkles & boosts radiance. It stimulates collagen & blocks the development of pigment for a clearer, brighter complexion!

My 2 favourite products are from Medik8.
1. C tetra - A light serum you would use under your moisturiser.
2. Daily radiance - Vitamin C, moisturiser & SPF in one so perfect for those who don’t have much time in the morning.

These super soft cloths will supercharge your cleanser, allowing you to effectively remove the cleanser and any residual makeup in one go!

Team a rinse off cleanser with warm water & a microfibre cloth to leave skin soft, hydrated & clean. Machine wash the cloth after 2-3 uses.

They aren’t expensive and you can search ‘microfibre face cloth’ in Amazon to find them. Primark often stock them too.

⭐️CLEANSE AM & PM⭐️ The first step in any skincare routine.

There’s no need to spend a lot on a cleanser but make sure it doesn’t irritate or strip your skin. Type & consistency is a personal choice. My favourites :
1️⃣ . Gel -cream cleanser.

All effectively remove makeup & spf especially if used with a microfibre face cloth!

No, no, no facial wipes!
*They interfere with your skins natural pH leading to sensitivity & irritation.
*They don’t clean your skin. They simply move makeup & dirt around your face causing blocked pores & breakouts.
*They are bad news for the environment.

Instead, you need an effective cleansing routine which will remove makeup & clean your skin...... post coming soon on cleansing!

SKINCARE! I’ve had numerous messages from clients during lockdown. Healthy radiant skin is by far the one thing that makes you look more youthful! There’s lots of confusion over what to use & what not to use. My ethos 1. Keep it simple 2. Use evidence based products 3. Use your budget wisely & spend the most on your active ingredients!
