A message to you all...

we are re-opening for Monday 12th April
Please read and re-read again.😉

If you have had any symptoms of Covid or been in contact with someone that has or had the virus then please cancel your appointment.

1. I will be working on a one to one with a one in one out basis, therefore you need to attend your appointment on your own unless it’s someone from your household.
PLEASE don’t be early for your appointment as you will be waiting outside until I am ready to accept you, And most certainly don’t be late this could make your appointment void and still chargeable!!

2. Track and trace will still go ahead if you have the app great the QR code is there if not I will still take your details to be kept on file for 21 days this also helps the NHS.
Your temperature will still be taken with a non touch thermometer.

3. Hand sanitizers will be at the entrance of the salon and at the work station. (it’s a must)

4. Masks must be worn at all times,no mask no service, your safety is as paramount as is ours.

5. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer refreshments or magazines.

6. If it’s a child’s appointment then it’s one child one adult and you must make sure they are supervised at all times.

7. No walk in fringe trims at this time.

8. Cash will be excepted but we would prefer card payments.

9. Your personal protective equipment as in gowns and towels are clean and fresh for your use.

10. Colour patch test’s must be carried out 48hrs before your appointment. Failure in doing so will make your colour appointment void and still chargeable.
If you are invited for your vaccine please be aware we need a clear two week period of doing patch tests this also is the same if you’ve been unfortunate to catch Covid-19.

11. Please come into the salon as light as possible leaving shopping/baggage at home or in your car.

Well Ladies and Gents great news that HOPEFULLY we will be able to open on the 12th of April!!!
However Boris backed this up by saying he will confirm this as time passes as it’s all about data this will be around the 5th or sooner.

This is all great news!!
If you have an appointment in as of the 12th April onwards it will stay in place unless you need to change or cancel then you know what to do.

I will start making appointments for you all from the 5TH APRIL please understand this is because I get so busy that I don’t want to cancel anyone and it will be a nightmare pushing other appointments backwards should the 12th be pushed back!!

As you all know our Charlotte Cockroft is on maternity leave and totally well deserved spending Christmas in and out of hospital ❤️❤️

There will be the same rules as before a mask to be worn at all times in the salon
Temperatures taken as well as track and trace unless the hairdressing federation or government advise otherwise.
All sanitation will be in place for you and me your safety is as important as mine and my family.
It goes without saying if you or any family member should have symptoms or come down with covid please cancel we can always find another day and time.

I will answer all your messages once we know more in the coming days I will not do anything on speculation and you all are important let’s get it right ⭐️

Good morning
I’m sure you are now all aware that we’ve been forced to close the doors for the 3rd time this year. I’m sorry to say the appointments from the 4th to the 18th (Boris next update) will now be cancelled, I will not be rebooking any appointments as of yet until he has at least reviewed it as I don’t know when we will be able to open.
If you had an appointment in the time stated above I will be in touch ASAP.

Can I just take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support in what’s been a very trying year.
