To ensure fairness for all clients and respect for my time and services, please read the following policy carefully 🤍

• SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your appointment on the same day, a 50% cancellation fee from the treatment price will apply.

• NO SHOW POLICY
If you forget your appointment or do not attend at the agreed time, the full treatment price will be charged.

• FUTURE BOOKINGS
Please note that future appointments can only be booked once the missed appointment fee has been paid.

Of course, in the case of a serious unforeseen situation, understanding and consideration will always be given 🤍
