So today’s been very big day for me.
Some of you may know - I’ve been awaiting a ADHD assessment.
This morning I have had my assessment and I have been diagnosed “Combination ADHD”. (Of course I had to be both & all the symptoms). A few other things need to be addressed however I’m on the right path now.
So currently I’m mixed emotions but huge relief.
It’s never too late for a diagnosis.
A waiting game for aftercare - but huge step forward at least.
I apreciate this may bore some of you - but may help others. 🥰🥰🥰
