Cancellation Policy

Due to an increase in no-shows, we have had to put a cancellation policy in place, as well as a deposit being required when making your appointment.

Please note:

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.
• No-shows: The full cost of the appointment must be paid before you are able to rebook.

We completely understand that things can come up, but please remember that when you don’t attend your appointment, that time has been set aside especially for you and cannot be offered to someone else.

We hope you all understand and appreciate your cooperation and respect for Ana’s time. ❤️
