As we head into the busy Christmas season, we kindly ask that if you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Last-minute no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the original appointment cost.
We’ll continue sending reminder messages (we both make mistakes too — Emma more than Lou😅).
Our schedules may shift from time to time, so we might ask if you’re able to come in a little earlier.
We’re currently fully booked up until Christmas, with only cancellation slots becoming available. We’ll do our absolute best to fit you in wherever we can.
