To help us keep our diary running smoothly, we'll be introducing a new cancellation policy from today.

We completely understand that plans can change, and we'll always do our best to accommodate where we can. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, you give us at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked. Unpaid balances may result in future appointments being cancelled until the balance has been settled.
