Beauty Booking Policy
Appointments
All appointments are pre-booked and reserved just for you. Please arrive on time and ready for your treatment.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due after your appointment.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit and future bookings requiring full payment upfront.
Lateness
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may be cancelled and the full price may still apply.
Lash & Brow Treatments
Please arrive with clean lashes/brows. Infills are only for existing sets done by me and may require a full set if overgrown or from another tech. I may refuse treatment if it could affect lash health.
Patch Tests & Health
Patch tests may be required. Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or changes in health before your appointment.
Children & Guests
Please attend alone unless agreed in advance.
Results & Aftercare
Results vary for each client. You must follow aftercare advice to maintain your treatment.
Refunds
No refunds are given. If you have concerns, please contact me within 48 hours.
Right to Refuse
I reserve the right to refuse treatment if necessary for safety or inappropriate behaviour.
