Cancellation and no show policy has now been put in place!
We as a small business are self employed and the amount of no shows last week were over £300

We have family’s and this is coming from our income, so this policy has now been put in place!

No show cancellations

Missed appointments without prior notice, impact our ability to accommodate other
clients and maintain the high standards u deserve, there for, ul be charged a no-show fee of £50 per person of u miss an appointment with out prior notice, if this fee is not paid then further appointments will not be booked..
cancellation 48 hours before will require no fee if rebooked, 50% of ur service will be required upto 24 hours before, we totally understand things happen and people are no longer able to attend but this is our only source of income with a cancellation list most days with people enquiring to book in but can’t due to full books, this is extremely unfair to both us as stylists and the clients tht could have been in!
