***Changes to free parking on Newland Street***
We have been made aware that the North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) are proposing changes to the free 1 hour parking on Newland Street. Two ticket machines will be installed and a ticket will be required from these or from an app for your free hour. You will have the option to pay for a second hour if required. Witham Town Councillors will be discussing this proposal at the Planning & Transport Committee meeting on Tuesday 28th October starting at 6pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
NEPP are holding a public consultation which is open until Friday 14th November.
