This beautiful result was achieved without a large amount of filler. By carefully restoring volume and supporting the lower face, we were able to soften the nasolabial and marionette folds while maintaining a natural appearance.

As you can see in the before and after photos/videos, the face looks fresher, smoother and more rested, without looking overfilled or changing the client’s natural features.

Good lip filler technique is not about “more filler” to have bigger lips, it’s about understanding anatomy, proportions, tissue quality and long-term results.

This is a perfect example of why technique matters more than simply adding more product.

The lips had around 3ml previously placed before we met. Despite the amount of filler, the shape looks heavy, migrated and less defined. The product appears to sit outside the natural lip border rather than supporting the lips themselves. More filler does not always mean better results.

We dissolved old filler and had total of 3 sessions with 0.6ml over 2 years created a softer, more balanced and natural result. The lips look more proportioned and supported while still respecting the client’s anatomy.

Beautiful lips are not created by the amount of filler used, they are created by precision and understanding anatomy.
