Since opening our business, we have always operated on trust, understanding and mutual respect.

Unfortunately, repeated no-shows and last-minute cancellations leave us unable to fill appointments and result in lost income for our small business.

To protect our time and ensure fairness for all clients, anyone with a history of missed appointments or late cancellations will now be required to pay 100% of their treatment cost in advance when securing future bookings.

We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, missed appointments have a direct impact on our business and livelihood.

This decision has not been made lightly, but we believe it is the fairest way to protect our business while continuing to provide the highest level of service to our valued clients.
