14 years, a lifetime of memories, and a new chapter… 🤍

I came to the UK ready to build a new life. Exactly 14 years later, I’m heading home to Hungary with my two beautiful boys and so much to be grateful for. 🇭🇺✈️

The UK is where I built Luxury Eye, met wonderful people and made memories I’ll treasure forever. Saying goodbye is emotional, even when you know it’s the right time. But home has been calling, and I’m ready to answer. 🥹

And before you worry: Luxury Eye UK is staying in the UK! 🤎 Our UK business will continue as usual, from a new address. I’ll be living in Hungary, closer to the EU side of Luxury Eye, and both businesses will continue serving you as usual.

If I’ve been a little quiet lately, this is why. Thank you for your patience while we’ve been packing up our life, and for supporting me and Luxury Eye through every chapter.

There’s one thing that I think very few lash artists pay attention to during the summer…

Yet it can have a huge impact on retention. 👀

By now, most lash artists know that adhesives cure faster in warmer temperatures.

But because of that, the adhesive you loved working with in spring may suddenly become too fast during the summer. 😳

And that’s when the problems start: more difficult placement, poor attachment, and weaker retention…

The issue may not be your technique at all — your adhesive may simply be curing too quickly because of the heat. 🤍

That’s why switching to a slower-drying adhesive during the summer can often be a smart choice. As temperatures rise, even a slower adhesive will work much faster. ☀️

So don’t just monitor humidity… temperature is just as important.
