It's been a lovely Sunday for the LEB Team, with a little bit of everything!

The last day on holiday, a gym class this morning with a new chauffeur, gardening featuring one of Liz's favourite roses and the final long training run in the sunshine! ☀️🚗🏃🏻‍♀️🌹

Happy Sunday everyone! Hope you've all been enjoying your weekend.

Here's what some of the team have been up to today... catching up on Strictly, watching football with a side of gymnastics, baking and enjoying the treats after a long run, reformer Pilates and using LEB mugs as measuring tools for Yorkshire puddings! 😂

We get asked lots of questions about what actually happens during an illumiFacial, so we thought we'd explain a little more of what goes into it! 💚

We start by getting the skin lovely and clean and ready for treatment, before using our Tri-Fruit Acid Peel to gently exfoliate and improve the skin's texture.

Then we work a little magic with our IPL, helping to target pigmentation and improve the overall appearance of the skin. ✨

Then we layer up the good stuff! Our Stem Cell Serum helps nourish the skin, followed by Light Soothe to cool and calm after IPL. We finish with Light Protect SPF 50 to protect your skin. ☀️

Lots of little steps, lots of TLC, and all designed to help you work towards your skin goals. 💚
