Things to ask when looking for a wedding Hair/Make up artist:

1. Do they offer trials? 🙋🏻‍♀️Trials are not only good for knowing how the products sit and last but also it’s great to meet ahead of time and put your mind at ease and know who’s turning up on your wedding morning.
2. Do they have a team should the numbers be too many? 👯‍♀️This saves you the hassle of trying to arrange a further supplier and liaise back and forth. Less stress is a yes!
3. Do they have make up suitable for all skin types and tones? 💄Not everyone has the same skin and not one product will suit everyone so ensuring they cater for all skin types and sensitivities is very important.
4. Do they fit the vibe of how you want your morning? 🥰Your HMUA will be with you for most of your wedding morning, if they don’t pass your vibe check then they may not be right for you.
5. Cheaper isn’t always better! 💰It takes years to perfect the artistry, when someone quotes what you think is a lot of money, consider things like what products they use, experience and training, hygiene, planning and scheduling. In most cases you get what you pay for!

Hello, I’m Mariella! 🥰

I am the woman that paints faces for a living and the person who will always say hello to the dog first.

I started my business when I was 18 because I’ve always loved making people happy, I love art and I love make up so combine all of it and I came across my dream job.

Some facts about me and what to expect on your wedding day:
⭐️you’ll never have to remake me a coffee- I will still drink it 2 hours later
⭐️I’m always grateful when a bride provides me with breakfast but I will NEVER eat it before I’ve finished, I’m too self conscious about croissant flakes in my teeth 🤣
⭐️I take my job seriously but I’m the biggest joker- good vibes only!
⭐️if the morning playlist is good, I will dance! So beware! 🫶🏻

I am a mum of 2, I am currently on maternity leave with my 2 week old baby girl, I also have an 18 month old son and I love motherhood, it amazes me how much love you can have for 2 little beings that keep you up all night lol!

I’m also a massive Disney fan, it sounds cringey to some but I do believe in fairytales and happily ever afters and nothing makes me smile more than being apart of peoples happily ever afters.

I can’t wait to get back into the season and make more memories but for now I’m really enjoying my baby bubble with my 2 dogs and a ton of iced coffee 🥰
