To achieve the best pigment retention, minimise sensitivity, and support a smooth healing process, it’s important to follow your pre-care instructions carefully…

Before your appointment, please avoid:
• Alcohol (24-48 hours before);
• Caffeine (24 hours before);
• Blood-thinning medications and supplements (But please DO NOT discontinue any medication before consulting your doctor);
• Excessive sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners;
• Intense exercise on the day of your treatment;
• Retinol, acids, and exfoliating skincare products.
