How many of you are judging your progress purely by a number on the scales?

My advice to you… STOP 🤚🏼🚫

Using scales as one of your gauges for progress or accountability is ok, but it DOES NOT represent the whole truth of your results, trust me!

Our bodies are so complex, the health and state of them cannot be judged by weight.

We can drink a pint of water and gain weight, starve ourselves for a day and lose weight, and neither will be a true representation of how much visceral fat we have, our physical appearance or our health!!

So instead, when setting goals, don’t go for a weight… go for a clothes size, a fitness level, a toned physique… focus less on tracking progress by weight; instead take pictures, gauge energy, use clothes as a measure, and focus far more on those non scale victories and factual progressions,👚👔👗👖💪💦

Creating great daily habits and doing them consistently… trust the process ❤️
