• Avoid lotions, oils & heavy creams on the day
• Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT 👇

• Try not to arrive overheated or sweaty
• Avoid coming straight from the gym
• A cool shower beforehand can help
• Wear loose, breathable clothing

PLEASE ALSO AVOID 🚫

• Sunbeds
• Heavy sun exposure
• Saunas & steam rooms
