Being fully booked sounds like success… until your entire business depends on you being there every single day.
I used to think growth meant more clients, more hours and a fuller diary.
Now I see it differently.
A strong business needs systems.
Boundaries.
The right people.
And enough structure that taking one day off doesn’t create chaos.
Because the goal isn’t to work more forever.
The goal is to build something that can grow with you — not consume you.
