Masks will be required to keep the risk to customers and I low, while rates are high.

Hello again! Salons are due to re open on July 4th, following Covid 19 preventative guidelines. First bookings have been given to those wanting them, that had to be cancelled during the lockdown period, and now bookings are being taken for other clients.
Thank you to those I’ve spoken to who have been very understanding to the temporary measures and wait times.

I ask that any clients exhibiting symptoms associated with Covid-19 do not arrange to visit the salon until the recommended self-isolation time has passed and all symptoms have gone.

If you develop symptoms and have an appointment booked within the isolation period, please call me to re-arrange.

Please leave a message on the salon answer machine or email for an appointment, and I will get back to you. Appointments can be made in person, but only if a client is not already in the salon.

Please come alone to your appointment.

Please sanitise or wash hands on arrival.

Aim to arrive on the appointment time set as currently there is no waiting inside the salon. If you arrive too late for the service, it will have to be re- arranged.

Anyone, having any service in the salon, must come wearing a mask. I will be wearing a visor, and gloves/ aprons where appropriate.

Children’s appointments will not be given on Saturdays. 1 adult to accompany them.

Please bring your own drink and reading book or magazine with you.

Towels and gowns will be washed after each use.

All tools and equipment used will be cleaned with anti bacterial spray between use. As will all ‘hotspots’.

If you are in a more vulnerable group the first appointment of the day might feel better for you when booking.

Thank you again for your understanding at this time. Some of the guidelines might not feel entirely convenient, but hopefully everyone can feel relaxed and safe ‘in the chair’ with them in place for now.

To all my friends and customers, thanks so much for all your support. I’ll be sad not to see you all for a bit, but hopefully will again soon, when it’s safe to open, and you are all feeling very Rapunzel like !
