✨ Makeup lessons ✨

A makeup lesson is the perfect way to learn how to make the most of your own features, your makeup bag and the products you already have (as well as discovering a few new favourites!)

Rather than simply watching me apply your makeup, I demonstrate each step on one side of your face while you recreate it on the other. This means you’re actually learning the techniques as we go, so you leave feeling confident enough to recreate the look yourself at home. 🤍

I can tailor the lesson to whatever you want to learn, from an easy everyday makeup look to something a little more polished for evenings and special occasions.

And one of my favourite things is seeing my brides come back to me for lessons after their wedding day. 🥰 It’s such a lovely way to keep that confidence going long after the wedding!

They also make a gorgeous gift for a friend, mum, daughter, sister or anyone who loves makeup but would like to feel a little more confident using it.

Holly, your second stylist was so warm and friendly, and everyone looked and felt amazing.

♥️ I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever felt so beautiful. You created a look that still felt completely like me, just the best version of myself. Even after a very warm day, plenty of happy tears and dancing all night, my makeup still looked incredible by the end of the evening.

♥️ I also wanted to thank you for all the little extra things you did. From helping me put on my veil and putting together a touch-up kit, to taking the time to capture a few photos and videos while we were waiting for the car to arrive. They were such thoughtful things to do and meant so much.

Come pack my kit with me for less than 24 hours in Paris 🇫🇷✨

When I’m travelling for hair & makeup, I always try to keep my kit as streamlined as possible, especially when you have to think about every extra kilo!

A few carefully chosen hair & makeup essentials, a tiny capsule wardrobe, toiletries and I was ready to go 🤍

The biggest advantage this time? I knew Rhiannon, who I was doing hair & makeup for really well, so I already knew her skin, her hair and the products that worked beautifully for her. That meant I could leave so much of my usual kit at home and only take exactly what I needed.

Less luggage, less to carry… and still everything I needed to create the finished look ✨

A little glimpse into what a wedding day in London with me really looks like ✨

From an early start, packing the kit and heading into London, to arriving at the venue and getting everything set up before the bridal party are ready to begin.
Then it’s into the morning routine, working through the timeline with the bridesmaids, creating each of their individual hair and makeup looks, keeping everyone on schedule and, of course, making sure there’s plenty of time for those little moments in between. 🤍

And then comes my favourite part… getting the bride ready. Putting Amber’s veil in, making those final little tweaks, stepping back and seeing the whole look come together. I always love staying for those final moments, the first looks, the excitement, the happy tears, and, if I can, staying until my bride walks down the aisle.

It’s so much more than just hair and makeup. It’s being part of the whole morning and helping everything feel calm, organised and a little bit special. ✨
