To all my lovely clients,

I wanted to let you know that I will be leaving Charlotte’s Nails in CHICHESTER on the 22nd June 2026 to begin an exciting new venture and take the next step in growing Beauty by Sally.
I will now be in 2 locations…..

WOKING - Wednesday and Saturdays
CHICHESTER - Mondays and Fridays

As many of you know, I offer much more than just nails, and I’m incredibly excited to be moving into a beautiful new salon where I’ll be able to offer a wider range of treatments all under one roof, including nails, brows, lashes, and waxing.

To ensure I can provide the best service to all of my clients, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the booked treatment(s).
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show) will be charged at 100% of the booked treatment(s).

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations or missed appointments prevent those slots from being offered to other clients.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
