Training the Next Generation of Lash Artists
📍 Woking, Surrey
Sorry Employer not Employee - by this point I had done this video 100 times 🫣🤣
BUT this is exactly why I changed the way I teach.
One of my students trained with me back in May and just 4 months later, her business has become busy enough that she’s asked to reduce her hours at her employed job.
And that deserves celebrating. 🙌🏻 🎉
She’s worked incredibly hard since qualifying, putting in the hours, practising, showing up consistently and building her business.
Because training gives you the foundations, but what you do with them afterwards matters just as much.
When I changed my courses from 1-day training to 2–3 days, made them 1:1 and completely in-person, it was for this exact reason.
I never wanted my success as an educator to be measured by how many students I could train.
I wanted it to be measured by what my students went on to achieve.
For me, it will always be about creating confident, skilled lash techs who leave with the knowledge and foundations to actually build a successful business.
Hard work really does pay off and seeing my students prove that is one of the best parts of teaching. 🫶
Don’t let 2026 pass you by without booking that course you’ve been thinking about. Success happens when you make that first step. DM for more info on all my accredited courses. Qualified, but need a refresh or a business boost, then reach out and let’s build your business 🌸

A little proud moment 🌸
I recently had the opportunity to feature in the first edition of Beauty & Business Magazine, created by the team behind The Beauty & Skincare Awards and Beauty Business Elevation — platforms that celebrate talent within our industry while bringing beauty professionals together to learn, connect, share their journeys and grow their businesses.
My article was all about a subject very close to my heart, going from lash tech to lash artist.
Investing in lash artistry completely changed my own work. Learning the why behind styling, mapping, layering, curls and placement helped grow my business, gave me confidence and opened so many doors for me.
And that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about sharing these skills with other lash artists.
It’s not just about creating a good set of lashes. It’s about understanding the design behind them and creating with intention.
Really grateful to have been given the opportunity to share my knowledge, experience and passion.
From lash tech to lash artistry đź’—
As lash lifts continue to evolve, corrections are now so much easier to make. Before applying Step 3 (serum), make sure the lashes are cleaned and completely DRY. As this is the exact result your client is going to see, so take a moment to assess the lift. If anything needs adjusting, now’s the time to make those corrections before moving on to the final step.
This is all broken down in my 1-1 Korean Lash Lift Training. If you’ve been wanting to learn this treatment, add it to your treatment menu, or get into the beauty industry as a lash lift specialist, then get in touch or drop me the word KOREAN for more information.
