I think we sometimes think our skin should always be the same if we are using the same skincare, yet there are so many factors that influence how our skin acts. Skincare is just one factor ..

Please don’t think anyone has ‘glass skin’ .. they don’t. It’s lighting, filters, photography etc.

Such a myth that you can open and close pores. You simply can’t. Genetics are the main factor in deciding if you have visible pores. Some things in skincare can help a little (depending on whether pores are enlarged by oil or loss of elasticity) but you have to set your expectations..

I’m now an accredited acne practitioner. Yes, I’ve been helping clients for 10 years on their acne journeys but have never done a course specifically just on acne, and let me tell you - this was a course and a half! Skin really does love Omega 3. Supplements are a good addition as it can be tricky to optimise your Omega 3 intake through diet alone.
