Looking back at these two photos, I’m reminded that progress doesn’t happen overnight. It’s the small, consistent choices that add up.

Changing my career and moving into sports massage has had a bigger impact than I expected. Being more active, using my upper body every day and simply moving more has helped me feel stronger, fitter and more confident.

It’s not about being perfect, it’s about keeping showing up. 💪🏼

And that’s something I’m proud to bring into my work too: helping people move, feel stronger and look after their bodies.
