This is a message that I am expressing more and more to people….

No one done this healing for me…

Yes there was guidance, there were space holders, medicine men and women and energy treatments…

But what was really was happening was that I was being supported to relax deeper into my self…

Why?

To meet myself at deeper levels…

And when those deeper levels were opened, I would go back into my world and wait for stories and shadow aspects to show up from within…

That’s when the tools I share with others began to work their magik…

The tools supported me to witness, feel, see, hear and experience the echos of the past, so that I can choose a new narrative for this now moment…

So when I hold space for you, I am holding you in the depth I hold for my own inner world, so that you can excavate and release what is ready to be processed…

Bringing in the Earths and GODs energy you are replenished with love in all the space you created in your session…

But it is when you are in your own quiet moments that the work really begins for you…

So please be kind to yourself and cultivate a tool set that you can power up and trust for these moments…

Why?

Because….

The more you use the tool, the more you trust it…

The more you trust it, the more you can relax…

The more you relax, the deeper you go within…

The deeper you go within, the more you reveal to process…

The more you process, the clearer and healthier on all levels you become…

I am always ready to do the work for myself because I know I am not going to allow myself to revert back to the how I suffered before mentally, emotionally, physically, energetically and spiritually…

So I must do the work…

But how would we know the times of joy and happiness without experiencing that?…

Take a look around today at your life at those who are around you stand firm with you…

and in that moment acknowledge the beauty of all the contrast and shade they bring with them…

Because without that, how would you truly know love?
