**NEW SALON POLICY **
Due to people not turning up to appointments and last minute cancellation on the day, our new policy is as followed-

* 24hrs notice for cancellation.
* New clients 50% deposit required on booking.
* Missed appointments will require FULL payment upfront to rebook.
* Bookings are for the treatment requested not changed on the day, due to time being booked out.
* Over 15 minutes late will result in appointment been cancelled, as makes appointments run late all day following you.

Please remember this is our job, its our living and how we feed our families, not our hobby and we all have bills to pay.
If you cannot come to an appointment letting us know 24hrs before can at least get the appointment filled to not lose income.
