Hi to all our lovely clients in light of talks in Parliament today we have a glimmer of hope.
This is not a definite date so please don't ask to book in as we will not be taking any bookings until we know for certain.Its given us hope though that we can get back to what we enjoying the most 🙌.

📣Latest News from England

This afternoon (22 February) the Prime Minister announced that, all being well, the Personal Care sector can re-open on 12 April under Step 2 of the Government’s roadmap for re-opening. The date of re-opening depends on the rollout of the vaccine, the rate of infections and the impact of any new variants.

The NHBF, together with other sector bodies, is continuing to press the government for a package of support including:

- a Personal Care Relief Fund to keep businesses afloat until they can re-open, and
- a cut in VAT to 5% to enable the hardest-hit businesses to recover once they are open again and operating under government guidelines

These support measures are essential to ensure the hair and beauty sector survives, restarts and recovers in the coming months and we continue to fight for you on this basis.

With todays announcement it is with great sadness yet again we have to close until further instructions.We would like to wish each and every client a Happier New year and thankyou for your loyalty and custom on what has been a very difficult year .Stay safe and see you in 2021.

So from Wednesday 2nd December the salon doors will reopen.For every client that already had appointments made from this date they will remain in place .As you can appreciate this is a very busy time of year for us and already had very limited places available. Please be patient with us we will do what we can.
Look forward to seeing you in December and once again thankyou for your custom and loyalty for which has been a rollercoaster of a year 💖

Today we had a covid assessment to make sure we were and are adhering to government guidelines. ✅ Successfully passed 🙌 💥

Hi everyone, to say we are gutted is an understatement but unfortunately we have to close our doors again from Wednesday 4th November. All appointments from Thursday 3rd December will remain in place unless we are told we cannot reopen .Clients that have appointments during this 4 week closure will be contacted when systems are go to reopen. We will rebook as and where there is availability. Please be patient 😊

Hi there ,as you've probably heard in the media we are allowed to return back to work 🙌.

I am pleased to say that the salon will reopen as will the phone line on Saturday 4th July.
Please be patient with us ,we have alot of catching up to do . We can't wait to see you all.
Please make yourself familiar with the previous post outlining the measures we are taking out to make this a safe environment for both you and I.

SALON CHANGES

Before we reopen the salon we are putting some strict rules and service changes to protect ourselves and our clients.

We will have to temporarily suspend a few of the services to allow us to catch up on the backlog and also because of the health risk.

*There will be no dry cuts.
*There will be no fringe trims.
*There will be no blowdry only appointments with Emma and Emma until we feel satisfied that we have caught up with the back log of clients.
*No appointments for children under 16.
*Lyn will be changing her work day from Thursday to Friday to ensure we adhere to the 2 metre rule.
*Our appointments will now run hourly to comply with sanitising areas . Some clients with appointments already maybe be contacted to alter.

*It is essential that clients do NOT attend the salon if they have symptoms of the virus or have been in contact with anyone that has tested positive or has had sympyoms. ( go to government guidelines if your unsure )
*Only 1 person will be allowed to attend the salon per appointment.You must not arrive with another person or child.
*We ask that you attend your allocated appointment time. Anyone that arrives early will be asked to wait outside as we cannot accommodate a waiting area for clients .
*Anyone attending late will unfortunately be asked to rebook.
*We will not be able to provide a waiting area inside for clients .
*The client will be expected to sanitise hands upon arrival using the hand sanitiser provided.
*All magazines have been removed to prevent cross contamination, however feel free to bring your own reading material.
*Refreshments will still be available in disposable cups.
*All staff will be in full PPE.
*All clients will have their temperature checked on arrival using a contactless thermometer.
*We ask clients to wear a mask in the salon, they can be purchased in the salon if the client doesn't have their own .
*All tools and equipment will be disinfected and sanitised.
*Station areas will be disinfected after each use .
*Gowns / capes will be disposable.
*Towels will be laundered daily.
*We will need to shampoo and cleanse the hair in the salon .Please do not ask to spray down .

We hope you understand the guidelines and measures we are carrying out to continue the job we love doing. Hopefully we can resume back to some normality in the near distant future. Please be patient with us and thankyou for your cooperation.
