Dear customers,

From Monday 29th January, TRiM Bilbrook will operate under the system of Rent-a-chair, meaning all the barbers (Olly, Foz(Sam) & Chloe) will be self-employed.

Grant (Manager at TRiM Bushbury) will also be moving to TRiM Bilbrook.

What effect will this have?

As all the barbers will be self-employed, in effect, they will be running their own businesses within the TRiM premises. Appointments will be available Monday to Saturday from 29th Jan. Although walk-ins are accepted, it is advisable to book to avoid waiting.

How do I book?

Olly, Chloe and Foz (Sam) have opted to have their own booking system, therefore, to book with them please click on the appropriate link below:

**TO BOOK WITH GRANT**

Grant has decided to remain on the TRiM booking system, so please continue to book in the normal way for Grant under TRiM Bilbrook.

Please note that as the barbers will be self-employed, you may notice a few changes:

- Business Hours

The barbers are responsible for the hours/days they work, therefore the current trading hours advertised for TRiM Bilbrook will not always be relevant.

- Payments

Card payments will still be accepted, as will cash. Payment will be made directly to the barber who has served you. If you have made bookings with multiple barbers, each barber will need to be paid separately.

- Pricelists

Prices may vary between the barbers, as what they charge is their prerogative. Furthermore, additional services may be offered by certain barbers e.g Ladies cuts, perms etc.

Please note that we are working hard to make the transition as smooth as possible and I know that the barbers will continue to offer a first class service.

One request on my part:- Olly, Foz, Chloe and Grant are first class barbers and have a fantastic opportunity to determine their futures and Rent-a-chair will benefit them greatly. Please continue to support them and TRiM as you have done so amazingly over the years.

Finally, I will be available for bookings most Mondays and Tuesdays, so please continue to book in with myself the usual way.
