Actually, my answer is: Only if it’s part of the plan 💉

One of the reasons my consultation and planning process takes so long is because I am looking at your face as a complete architectural map. I don't just "fill a line", I look at how we can maximise your results using the correct amount of product for your anatomy as possible 📐

In many of my transformations, I do use a single syringe across multiple areas. If I can use 0.7ml to support your cheek and the remaining 0.3ml to tweak the piriform fossa or support the chin, I will.

Why? Because it’s better for your pocket and better for a natural, "unjointed" look. 🥂💰

But... there’s a catch...
Fillers are carefully chosen based on the specific area, your skin quality, and the exact result we have in mind 🔬

I can’t put a thick, structural lifting filler into a fine line around the mouth. It doesn't work like that.

If we’ve achieved your goal and there is 0.2ml left that doesn't "fit" anywhere else anatomically, I won't just "find a spot" for it. Adding filler where it isn't needed is how migration and heaviness happen 🚫
