Cancellation Policy ✨
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 70% of the appointment cost.

This helps protect my time and ensures fairness for all clients 🤍

This isn’t something I do lightly and if I could give you all free nails, I genuinely would🥲

From April 1st, my prices will be increasing.

For a long time I’ve charged one standard price for all design sets. I’ve now updated this to make things fairer for everyone — less art = lower cost, more art = higher cost.

This also applies to repairs. I’ve never previously charged for them, but as they do require additional time and product, there will now be a small fee for any extension added as a repair.

You’ll notice a difference in my pricing structure within the booking system. Please make sure you’re selecting the correct service when booking, as this allows me to allocate the right amount of time for your appointment.

I wish we were still in the £20 nail era 🥲 but unfortunately product costs continue to rise.

To give back, my rewards system is still in place — once you reach £200 spend, you’ll receive £15 off your next set. I can track this for you on your account.

I’ll also be posting model/content sets on my stories at a lower price, and I’ll create a monthly highlight on my instagram so you can easily check what’s available.
