Can't beat giving deep tissue massage followed by some Gua Sha , this can help with muscle pain by promoting blood flow to the damaged area .

Great session today a call off a client saying I can't walk Rob ! Can you fit me in this morning? So I popped round did a deep tissue massage plus cupping . The client felt amazing after just over an hours treatment.

Let's pull those toxins out 😁 deep tissue massage followed by cupping . This helicopter pilot came to me with tightness in his neck and shoulders. Yes it looks brutal but in a couple of days he'll be feeling amazing .
