✨ APPOINTMENT POLICIES ✨

To ensure every client receives the best experience possible, please take a moment to read our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. 💕

📌 NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee goes toward your final service total.

📌 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules on lashes and small hair appointments. For Locs appointments a notice of atleast 72 hours is required. Late cancellations may require a new booking fee to rebook.

📌 NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to show up without notice will lose their booking fee and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.

📌 LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled.

📌 EXTRA GUESTS
To maintain a relaxing environment and limited space, please attend your appointment alone unless otherwise agreed.

📌 PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
• Arrive with clean lashes/hair when possible
• Avoid caffeine before lash appointments
• Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or previous reactions
