Just a little message to apologise to anyone I haven’t replied to recently, or to those I’ve had to rearrange this week.

Unfortunately, a close family member was admitted to hospital on Sunday night/Monday morning, and things have been quite difficult. They are currently in ICU, so I’ve been spending a lot of time going back and forth to the hospital.

I know some of you have already had appointments moved, and I may need to rearrange a few more over the coming days. If this affects you, I can happily move your appointment to another day, or if you would prefer, I am more than happy to arrange a refund. For anyone with a future booking, I will also gladly offer a complimentary appointment as a thank you for your patience and understanding.
