✨ WELCOME TO LUNA WELLBEING CIRCLE ✨🌙

A very warm welcome to all my new followers — and thank you for being here. 💜

I thought it was the perfect time to introduce myself properly and tell you a little about the woman behind Luna Wellbeing Circle.

Hi, I’m Sharon. 💜

Luna is something I created from my heart — a dream to create a safe, nurturing space exclusively for women, where you can come exactly as you are, take a breath, slow down and simply be.

I have spent over 30 years working within wellbeing, meditation and holistic therapies, alongside 29 years working within the NHS. Helping people, listening to people and making people feel cared for has always been a huge part of who I am.

Over the years, I’ve continued to learn, grow and bring together the therapies and experiences I truly believe can help women reconnect with themselves.

🌙 Japanese Head Spa
🌙 Kobido Facial Massage
🌙 Holistic & Body Massage
🌙 Reflexology
🌙 Back & Foot Facials
🌙 Gua Sha & Cupping
🌙 Meditation & Breathwork
🌙 Crystal Sound Healing
🌙 Moon Card Readings
🌙 Women’s Pamper & Relax Circles
🌙 Full Moon Circles
🌙 Women’s wellbeing events & much more

But Luna is so much more than treatments.

It’s about connection.

It’s about creating a place where women can feel held, heard, welcomed and valued.

A place where you can laugh, cry, talk, be quiet, relax, learn something new or simply enjoy two hours where nobody needs anything from you. 🥰

Whether you come to Luna for a treatment, a wellbeing circle, a sound bath, a meditation or simply because you need some time for YOU…

You belong here. 💜

I believe every woman deserves a little space to breathe.

So, to every new follower — welcome to my little corner of the world. 🌙

I’m so happy you’ve found Luna.

Thank you for supporting my small business, my passion and my dream. Every follow, like, share, recommendation and booking genuinely means so much to me.

I can’t wait to welcome you into Luna Wellbeing Circle. ✨💜

With love,

Sharon 🌙 x

🌙 Out of the darkness comes the light… ☀️

After the darkest night, the sun will always rise.

And sometimes, life takes us through seasons that feel so incredibly dark. Moments when we wonder if we will ever find our light again.

But just like the sunrise, we too can rise.

We can rise from the pain.
We can rise from the heartbreak.
We can rise from the moments that tried to break us.

And when we do, we don’t rise as the person we once were…

We rise with more power.
More strength.
More wisdom.
More compassion.
And a deeper understanding of our own light. ✨

So if you’re in a dark place right now, please remember…

🌅 This is not where your story ends.

The darkness is not forever.

Keep going. Keep believing. Keep holding on.

Your sunrise is coming.
And when you rise, shine beautifully. 💜

I lived this cycle for a decade.

Looking back, I cannot believe what I tolerated, forgave and explained away.

But that’s how coercive control works. It doesn’t usually start with the worst thing he will eventually do. It starts with something just small enough to rationalize.

He screams in your face. Then apologizes.

He calls you names. Then says he didn’t mean it.

He punches a wall. Then cries.

He cheats. Then somehow you’re discussing what you did wrong.

He scares you. Then becomes the sweetest version of himself.

And you stay.

For me, hope kept me there far longer than fear ever could.

I kept hoping he would be different.

Hoping the man I loved was the real one and the abusive man was the exception.

Hoping this apology would finally mean something.

Hoping if I loved harder, communicated better, forgave one more time, this time would be different.

It wasn’t.

The behavior I forgave became the behavior he repeated. And over time, my definition of unacceptable became almost unrecognizable.

That’s the psychological trap.

You don’t wake up one morning and decide to tolerate horrific behavior. You get conditioned into tolerating it one boundary at a time.

I understand the woman who stayed now.

But I’m not her anymore.

The first time I see these signs in anyone, I’m out.

No second audition. No forensic investigation into his childhood. No waiting around for his potential to become his personality.

I already spent ten years learning that hope is not a treatment plan for an abusive man.

Patterns over promises.

Every fu***ng time. 🖤 #coercivecontrol #narcfree #narcissisticabusesurvivor #narcissist #domesticviolenceawareness 26/08/2026
