Wishy washy is how I’d describe my approach to posting on Instagram the past couple of months since I returned from a 40 day fast. My life is in a big transition I’ve been studying hard, working hard and enjoying time not feeling that I need to produce something for an audience.

I’m still honestly in that place. My deeper thoughts are on my Substack and many have yet to emerge. I prefer a more private space for more personal things. Since just been posting what I feel which may have nothing to do with my business. Sometimes it might. But the main aim I have this summer is to let more and more of myself safely emerge, to get to know her, to love her more and unconditionally, progressively. There’s always more to discover and to integrate and it’s lovely and exciting.

A while ago I made a commitment to the Divine Heart which is that I would define myself in no fixed way, that I am open and willing to change anything I am or do in service of being of most benefit to all beings. It’s a path of faith and adaptation. Of curiosity and non-attachment.

There’s no schedule and no promises. I won’t be striving to get anyone’s attention or fulfil anyone’s expectations. I’m learning and expanding by letting the process of life itself live me instead of clamping it down and trying to mould it. There’s a pack of wolves in here and they are ready to run.
