Good afternoon everyone very late on here today as I had a lie in as not feeling too well so didn't make yesterday just did paperwork and legal stuff. Also been trying to catch up on other pages and support you all but some of you are not showing up so doing my best to search for you all. I hope we are having a lovely day.

Not much happening at Serendipity Stitches Studio to post but my mum is busy knitting items will be on SumUp Store soon once got better photos.

Over at SerendipityGlow I have put what items I currently have or will be working on some new products to come once made and tested. If anyone would love to test please drop me a message as the support and comments would help so much.

Over at Serendipity Everafter I have also put what items I currently have made and what is to come once tested limited products for here as mini's and mythical/magical characters some new products and characters will be coming again I need to make and test so if anyone is interested in testing I would be grateful for the comments and support it would help so much just drop me a message.

Here at Serendipity I am only going to be doing certain products from now on Wax Melt Snap Bars, Room Spray, Vacuum Discs, Toilet Sink Mop Fizz. Items are available on my SumUp store some will not return and are on sale lots of bundle deals.

Good Morning Happy Tuesday.

This may be a long post, but I want to be raw & honest as I have not been on for awhile. I want to get back on here & supporting you all again. The truth is I have really been struggling with my mental health this last month or so so I felt I needed time out just to try & get back to supporting you all and posting on my pages. I feel you all need an explanation, I know you will all say don't worry but the thing is I am a worrier & not doing this for sympathy. I am having appointments with my Dr & I have spoken to a few people who will listen & not judge, so I am getting there slowly.

There has been some triggers to this especially with regards to my health as I feel no one is listening to me (well consultants secretary mainly) I was meant to have an appointment today to talk about my osteoarthritis in my hip and knees as both are bad now and go through MRI results from when I had it at Christmas but the appointment got cancelled yet again (seems to be what they do lately) & been rescheduled to June but unfortunately I had to cancel that one as the time & place were not convenient for me. So now been scheduled to August. (luckily I know results as my Dr told me & now have it in both knees but was meant to do plan of action today) so I will battle on. Then I have been feeling that the stuff I am making is just not good enough, (yes people say oh it smells wonderful but it doesn't lead to sales). I enjoy doing what I do so I will not stop but I really don't know how much more I can make & store (although I do need products for my craft fayres just in case I get sales).

I poor my heart & soul into all parts to the businesses, & if I am not happy my customers won't be happy so it will not get put for sale. The past 6 months or so I have really been looking at my business & changing things that is why I have all the different pages to separate it all out. My Everafter cosmetic range (children 3+) range I spent months & months planning it all & I am so excited by all the mini ranges I have planned. (Only a small selection of items). Then I wanted to also do cosmetics for teens & over so that is why it changed to Glow. My branding is so much better from when I first started which does make me happy that I finally love it. I have so many cosmetic assessments but I am concentrating on just a selection of items for now then will slowly bring others out if I think they will fit my branding & sell. (I have trialled a few & these probably will not come back - beard oil did not go on sale, then I only have 5 hair oil & 5 lash & brow serum). I am going to list on my separate pages over next few days what items I will be concentrating on.

I have also been comparing myself to other businesses & everyone looks so on it & getting sales, & wondering what I am doing wrong...... "How are they getting sales? ", "What am I doing wrong?", "How do others do it so well?", "What is wrong with my stuff?" (Just a few thoughts going through my mind). I just wanted to be honest & raw with you all. I just want to build on my dream of this business & it be a success. (I would love to get my stuff into a shop one day - that would mean people believe in me & my items).

When I first started I will be honest & say I went mad & had to make everything in every scent I have, wax in different shapes, different ways, now to be left with stuff - so there will be a clearance on these items -I will be posting these on here over next few days. I am going to just be concentrating on a few items for my home fragrance from now on. (Wax Melt Snap Bars, Room Sprays, Toilet Sink & Mop Fizz maybe Vacuum Discs) I am also in the process of setting up my Sum Up Store. So scaling back on a lot of items I previously did. Lessons learnt as this is how we grow.
