Elegant Nails & Beauty Christmas Booking/ Cancellation Policy

Due to the number of cancelled appointments last year leading to a significant loss of earnings, this year I will be introducing a booking fee. All December appointments will require a 50% upfront payment (booking fee). This will secure all December bookings. I will require 72 hours notice to amend or cancel any December appointment. I currently have a long cancellation list however, as you can appreciate most people would need more than 72 hours notice to attend an appointment. Meaning they also miss out on having their treatments done in time for Christmas.

Once the booking fee is paid all appointments booked for December will be secure, if payment is not made by the 30th November all existing bookings you have for December will be removed and reallocated to a client on the cancellation list. It is therefore important for you to pay your 50% booking fee by this date. Please contact me to make your payment or I am happy to take the booking fee on your next appointment. Your booking fee will be deducted from you final December appointment. If you cancel or wish to amend your appointment with less than 72 hours notice you will loose your booking fee and any future appointments will have to be paid for upfront in full before you can book again.

This was the last thing I wanted to do due to the increased cost of living. However, I have no choice, last year I lost a substantial amount due to last minute cancellations and clients also missed out due to not being able to attend an appointment at such short notice.
