A little extra comfort during your treatment 💚
Did you know I have a body bolster available to help you feel more supported during your massage?
It gently supports different areas of your body, including your chest, ribs and pelvis, helping you find a comfortable position without unnecessary pressure or tension.
It can be particularly useful if you’re pregnant, recovering from an injury or simply find certain positions uncomfortable – but you don’t need a specific reason to use it!
Sometimes a little extra support is all your body needs to properly relax. 🌿
If you’d like to try the bolster during your next treatment, just let me know when you book or mention it when you arrive and I’ll have it ready for you.
Your comfort matters to me. 🤍

Is acupressure facial massage suitable for sensitive skin? 💚
Yes! This gorgeous treatment can be a beautiful option for sensitive skin.
I carefully choose the products I use so that the treatment can be adapted for different skin types, including sensitive skin.
During your acupressure facial massage, I use a selection of TempleSpa products, including:
✨ Be Gone – a gentle cleanser with a unique elastic texture, designed to cleanse without pulling or dragging delicate skin
✨ Toning Essence – a refreshing, alcohol-free mist that removes the final traces of cleanser and leaves your skin feeling fresh and comfortable
✨ It’s All Good – a nourishing facial oil containing active ingredients to help protect the skin and support it when it’s feeling stressed or sensitive
And, of course, I’ll always take the time to find out about your skin and how it’s feeling on the day, so I can adapt the treatment accordingly.
All the products I use are vegan, and they’re also suitable for use during pregnancy. 🌿
If you’ve got sensitive skin but fancy treating yourself to some nurturing facial massage, come and have a chat with me – we can work out what feels right for you. 🤍

How’s your week going? 💚
A little midweek check-in…
Because sometimes we get so caught up in getting through the week that we forget to pause and notice how we’re actually doing.
So, tell me honestly:
🌿 What kind of week are you having?
💚 🌞 I’m feeling good and things are flowing
😮💨 🌧️ I’m tired and could really do with a breather
🔥 😵💫 It’s been A LOT
✨ 🌱 I’m taking things slowly and looking after myself
😂 ☕ I’m surviving on caffeine and good intentions
Or tell me in your own words – what’s been the biggest thing your body or mind has been asking for this week?
No judgement, no fixing. Just a little space to check in with yourself.
And if you’re reading this, take one slow breath before you scroll on. 🤍
How are you, really? 👇

Breath awareness is a small act with a big impact.
When we pause to feel the movement of breathing, we step out of overwhelm and back into presence.
It’s a reminder that beneath the noise and the emotional waves, there’s a grounded part of us always waiting to be felt. That’s the home we return to.

One of the most important things I’ve learned on my own journey is this:
The body is always communicating.
Pain, tension, fatigue, overwhelm — these are often signals, not failures.
I haven’t just learnt this through my training and work as a holistic therapist. I’ve learnt it through my own personal experience and my own journey of learning to listen to my body.
For a long time, I thought my body was something I needed to push through, fix or overcome. I’ve gradually learnt to approach it with more curiosity, compassion and kindness.
And that’s something I bring into the way I work with my clients too.
Part of holistic therapy is learning to listen to your body with compassion instead of frustration.
Your body is not working against you. It’s communicating with you. 🤍

Thank you, Bob, for such a lovely review. 💚
I’m so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your breathwork session.
One of the things I love about facilitating breathwork is being able to notice the subtle changes that can happen during a session.
I pay attention to how you arrive and how you leave – your energy, your mood, your body language and, of course, your breathing.
There’s something really special about watching someone gradually soften, settle and reconnect with themselves.
And I especially love seeing people leave a session looking calmer, more grounded and more at ease than when they arrived. 🌿
Thank you for trusting me to hold that space for you, Bob. 🤍

If you live with anxiety, you know how exhausting it can be—the racing thoughts, the tension in your body, the constant “on edge” feeling. Massage may not take all of that away, but it can give you a much-needed pause.
Through gentle, calming touch, massage helps your body release tension and signals your nervous system that it’s safe to relax. It can lower stress hormones, slow your racing mind, and create a sense of calm you can carry with you beyond the session.
You deserve to feel grounded and at ease. Massage therapy can be a supportive part of your journey—helping you find moments of peace in the middle of the chaos. 🌿💆♀️

What actually happens during an Indian head massage? 🌿
Indian head massage is about so much more than just your head!
My treatment includes massage of your:
✨ Upper back and shoulders
✨ Arms
✨ Neck
✨ Scalp
✨ Face
✨ Ears
I use rhythmic, flowing movements alongside gentle pressure on traditional acupressure points known as Marma points.
The treatment takes place comfortably in a seated position. I use massage oil on your upper back, shoulders and arms, and if you’re happy for me to, I can also use oil in your hair during the scalp massage.
To finish, I use a gorgeous, lightweight TempleSpa facial oil for the facial massage – one of my favourite parts of the treatment. 💚
It’s a wonderful treatment if you’re looking for some time to slow down, switch off and receive some nurturing touch.

A little tip before your massage… 💧
Arriving well hydrated can help make your treatment more comfortable.
When you’re dehydrated, your muscles can feel tighter and less supple. This can mean that more pressure is needed during massage, which may leave you feeling more tender afterwards.
So, if you’ve got a massage booked, keep sipping your water beforehand. 💦
It’s a simple way to help your body feel more comfortable and ready to receive the treatment.
Hydrate, relax, and let yourself be looked after. 💚
