During your treatment, smooth heated basalt stones are used alongside Swedish massage techniques to create a truly holistic experience designed to support your healing and wellbeing 💆‍♀️

The comforting warmth of the stones allows the massage to work more deeply into tired muscles — in fact, one massage stroke with a hot stone can have the effect of four or five strokes using hands alone. Heated stones may also be placed on areas of tension to help muscles relax and unwind naturally.
